These properties are owned by the Housing Authority for La Salle County but encumbered through a Declaration of Trust (DOT) by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Pursuant to HUD regulations, HALC has established a minimum bid price for each property based on appraised value in current as-is" condition.
