We serve traditional Neapolitan pizza following strict rules and traditions, seeking to elevate the culinary art of pizza making.
There is a process for making dough, making pizza, and cooking pizza. This includes our 6,600 pound wood burning oven, built in Italy.
Following these guidelines allows us to pursue our goal of becoming a certified pizzeria by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. Having this designation will make our pizza certifiably authentic.
