We serve traditional Neapolitan pizza following strict rules and traditions, seeking to elevate the culinary art of pizza making. There is a process for making dough, making pizza, and cooking pizza. This includes our 6,600 pound wood burning oven, built in Italy. ​ Following these guidelines allows us to pursue our goal of becoming a certified pizzeria by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. Having this designation will make our pizza certifiably authentic. ​
