Shanley's TV and Appliance Center is a family owned and operated business that has served Ottawa, Illinois and the surrounding area since 1973. Mike and Janice Shanley began business at 410 W Main St. where they started off in business selling televisions and radios. When they expanded into appliances, they built the new location at 515 West Main Street in Ottawa. In 2009, their daughter Leslie Shanley joined the family business and once again, they expanded even larger.
Shanley’s offers the largest showroom and the most state of the art electronics and appliances in the area with over 15,000 square feet of showroom. Shanley’s also has 10,000 square feet of warehouse to supply customers with all their needs. Shanley’s carries a large variety of appliances such as: ranges, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers, cooktops, wall ovens, range hoods, counter microwaves, over-the-counter microwaves, and freezers along with Plasma, LCD, LED televisions and electronic furniture.
Shanley’s TV and Appliance Center is associated with NARDA, NESDA, NFIB, ISCET, BrandSource, Ottawa’s Chamber of Commerce, and has been voted as the #1 appliance store in the People’s Choice Award by the readers of the Daily Times Newspaper.
